Vanessa M. Moore, is a Financial Advisor, specializing in retirement plan consulting. She began her career in financial services working for the Los Angeles branch office of 401(k) & 403(b) Advisors where she consulted with clients in both the non-profit and for-profit sector. Vanessa brought her expertise with retirement plans to Zephyr Investment Management, helping plan sponsors navigate their complex fiduciary responsibilities. At the plan level, she helps employers with DOL/IRS compliance issues, plan design, fiduciary training, human resource best practices, vendor troubleshooting, fee benchmarking, investment oversight and more. At the participant level, she works directly with employees, helping them to maximize the benefit of their employer-sponsored plan and achieve their retirement savings goals.

Vanessa has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from California State University Northridge and currently holds her securities registration through FSC Securities Corporation, a registered broker/dealer and member of FINRA, SIPC. She enjoys volunteering and community service work as well as all types of outdoor activities.
